How can I participate in the chat?
Register first to participate in the chat. We will send you a confirmation link upon registration. Only after confirming the link is your account activated and the chat available for use.

I have not received confirmation link, what should I do?
If you have not received a confirmation link, please contact us. We will send you a new link within 24 hours. Please do not forget to indicate your username and your e-mail address.
How can I change my profile?
If you're registered, you can change your profile under My profile. You will have the opportunity to write a short profile text about you and change your profile picture.
What images are supported?
Currently, we support the following image formats: jpg. Please make sure that your image does not exceed 2 MB as otherwise it cannot be uploaded.
I don't like my username anymore, how can I change it?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change a user name, so please ensure you choose a user name you really like.
How can I change my email address?
If you wish to change your email address, please send us your username, your old email address and your new email address through the Contact form. We will change your e-mail address.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click here to receive a new password at your e-email address.
How can I remove my account?
If you no longer wish to participate in the chat, just click here. Please bear in mind that a deleted account cannot be restored and all data will be permanently deleted
Videos won't play
If you're unable to play any videos, it's most likely because you're not using the latest version of your browser. Please update your browser. Then you should be able to play the videos with no problems.
